He has a difficult job and we think that he is doing it admirably right now. We love what he's doing with the crackdown on headshots and the videos.

Why? Because he thinks that Shanahan is taking hitting out of the game when in actuality he's trying to teach the league how to hit the right way. Which is what we want, duh.
